Studio Policy
Lesson days and times:
Monday-Friday: 9:30AM-9PM
Saturday: 10AM-6PM
Parking:
The studio is located in a residential neighborhood with assigned parking. Please use the designated spaces listed below:
1 reserved spot for 12566 Garland Tree Ct (always available for students)
2 shared visitor parking spaces
Street parking
Payment:
30-Minute Lesson: $50 per lesson ($200/monthly)
45-Minute Lesson: $75 per lesson ($300/monthly)
60-Minute Lesson: $100 per lesson ($400/monthly)
Tuition & Auto-Pay (4 Week Cycle)
Tuition is billed every 4 weeks through automatic payment (Auto-Pay).
Monthly tuition reflects four weekly lessons and reserves the student’s scheduled lesson time. Payments will be processed automatically at the beginning of each month using the card on file.
Families are responsible for keeping payment information current. Declined or failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours.
Late or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, families will be notified and asked to update their payment information promptly.
Lessons may be paused if tuition is not received within 7 days of the due date.
Enrollment & Withdrawal
Enrollment reserves a weekly lesson time and continues on a month-to-month basis.
A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from lessons. Tuition is non-refundable once processed.
Refund Policy
Tuition reserves the student’s lesson time and is not prorated for missed lessons. Refunds are not issued for unused lessons.
Missed Lessons:
Please notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance to receive a make-up lesson.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as a regular lesson.
If a teacher must cancel, a make-up lesson will be offered.
Banked lessons expire at the start of the new school year.
